iPad and qualitative data analysis

Does anybody here uses his or her iPad for qualitative data analysis? I am looking for more than just helping you to do (semi-)structured interviews a la TagPad or a PDF reader a la iAnnotate to highlight text.

I am looking for something that I can do a true interpretive analysis with. Is there some app that allows you to add tags (themes) to certain passages of a text? Do you know of a good tool to relate different themes to each other?

I looked everywhere and beyond, but there is nothing out there, or is it?
