iPad and Seagate Goflex Satellite... Transfering?

Is there a way to load files (ePub, cbr, cbz) onto the Goflex Satellite drive and then transfer them to Goodreader or Dropbox thru the iPad or iPhone? Not sure if it is possible or not.

I want to load all my comics onto the drive and then transfer them as I want when I am on the road. Comic Zeal allows you to import thru Goodreader and Dropbox.
