All, Does anyone know of a Pay as You Go (PAYG) type carrier in Spain? I'd like to use my iPad when I'm there and Three UK seemingly don't do Data Roaming for my £7.50 a month package.

This one is much more useful.

As you can see here in spain our networks are bloody expensive.

I think you may only have 2 choices, there's more of course.

Vodafone: Internet básico 15€/mes +IVA
Hasta 250 Mb/mes de navegación
Después de 250Mb, baja la velocidad a 128Kbps
Velocidad de bajada hasta 7,2 Mbps

Simyo: Internet 15 14,99€/mes +IVA
Hasta 1Gb/mes de navegación
Después de 1Gb, baja la velocidad a 64Kbps
Velocidad de bajada hasta 3,6 Mbps

The others will charge you when you get the limit.
Anyway depends on how long you'll be around, I hope you understand a bit of spanish ;)

Yes but those are contract plans, he is looking for prepaid/pay as you go no contract plans. That is where Movistar comes in

get a Yoigo simcard.. you pay 1.2 euro a day.. not sure what the data limit is but whenever you reach it the speed will go down to 128k

I went to Spain this summer, I used a prepaid Vodaphone with my iPad for two weeks. I tried to get a hold of a Moviestar SIM but it was impossible... The Vodaphone card worked like a charm :) You'll need to trim the card yourself ( no micro sim option)
