I haven’t seen this discussed here, but my 12.9” ipad Pro (NON-cellular) has started answering all my phone calls. I can make outgoing calls on the phone just fine, but I don’t get the incoming, they go straight to iPad.
i haven’t changed any settings, but now my watch doesn’t show calls either. And there doesn’t seem to be any way to answer it except on the iPad.

I had “Allow calls on other devices” turned on my phone as always, but I just turned it off. I’d rather not leave it that way, I’d still like to be able to answer calls from other devices, I just want the phone to be my default.

Hope someone has an idea!

IPad OS 15.1, iPhone OS 15.1

I would try rebooting your iPad to see if that resolves it, and if not, check the suggestion in this support doc to turn it off:
