iPad App Demo

I'm trying to film a short demo video for an iPad app. Anyone know what the best way to do this is?

I'd like to use Simulator with SimFinger but it seems that SimFinger doesn't work with the latest version of Simulator. I've searched all over for current information on this (Google as well as in this forum at AppleInsider) and have come up with nothing.

Any tips on making an iPad app demo video?
