iPad app for scanning barcodes

I am trying to figure out how to make an app that will scan my barcodes for work and transfer them to a form. Can anybody help me with this?

ipad is not a good option for barcode scanning because it does not have autofocusing.

Using the program Grocery IQ I have no problems scanning barcodes.

Understand, but I was replying to Pballer110 post indicating that it can't be done or doesn't work vey well. I have no idea what App for you to use but there is no hardware limitation preventing barcode reading because it works quite well in GroceryIQ.

The only 2 cavets I see are the awkward holding/lining up of a "large barcode scanner" and no flash requiring sufficient ambient light.

The Bar Code Scanners never worked for me...either its on iPhone, HTC or Nokia...they suck...they can't read the bar codes.
