Looking for app I can use to sketch on virtual index cards. I would need to be able to view thumbnails of the cards, and to rearrange and edit them. I don't need text fields, just freehand drawing. Any ideas? Haven't found anything close to this. Thanks

The only app I know of that allows freehand drawing and export is bamboo paper. This creates a sort of sketchbook that you can add pages to. You can use each page as a separate "index card" and then email the book as a PDF to yourself after you are done. This isnt meant for index cards but it still allows you to free hand draw with a nice interface and export them after you are done.

You don't need an iPad to sketch on index cards, although one might make a good surface to put the card on while you sketch on it. A clipboard would be far cheaper and lighter though. :D
