All iPads iPad app like iSight screensaver for Mac OSX

I am currently in the middle of redesigning the office I work in, as of now there is a large staircase that leads to the door of our office, we have put two projectors running throughout the day that show off our body of work (we are a Trailer editing house). My plan was to add two more projectors and 2 ipads, one at the top of the stairs and one at the bottom, my question is, I would really like to have the ipads function as an interactive screensaver, much the same way that this app for Mac OSX functions (http://majicjungle.com/screensavers.html), Is there a way that my ipads could run an app so that when people walk past them the front facing camera would create designs / ripples / etc.. of the movement? any and all information is much obliged, thanks!!
