Ipad app to turn one large wav file into clips?

I have a large voice recording session for a computer game and I need to cut out each clip and save it with the correct filename.

Can anyone recommend an app to do this as fast as possible. Doing it on a plane so has to be iPad.

(e.g in Audacity on PC drag across the clip copy, new file, paste, export as wav done
would do it in Garageband app but it doesn't seem to have this functionality)

Ok found one TwistedWave is amazing. Even quicker than pc. Drag across selection press export as wav and done.
