In a van down by the river
The following apps, (in no particular order) which you may or may not be familiar with, are ones that I have found beneficial on my iPad. They are a mix of free and one-time payment apps. If you have some you would like to share, feel free.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/lockdown-apps/id1469783711

Lockdown -Free app that helps block ads and trackers etc. I have used it since it was first available and it has been very good.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/yoink-improved-drag-and-drop/id1260915283

Yoink - One of the best clipboard / collection apps I have seen. It makes it very handy when saving texts, pictures and other items across several sources, and helping you place them in the correct document etc.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/shiftscreen/id1498683180at

Shiftscreen - Paid app that does an excellent job of allowing you to view your iPad screen (full screen with many web apps and programs) on another external monitor. I recently started using this app to view Excel, YouTube (without having to be logged in) and other sites on my iPad Pro 11 to my 4K tv.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/news-explorer/id1032668306

News Explorer - Paid RSS News reader and one of the best I have found and I have tried most.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/bitwarden-password-manager/id1137397744

Bitwarden - Free Password Manager app that is almost at the same level as 1Password in regards to stability and features. Highly recommend.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/filebrowser-document-manager/id364738545

FileBrowser - Paid app that helps you to connect to all the devices on your network, as well as attached storage, move, copy, rename, delete files etc. all from your iPad. This is what the stock Apple Files app should be able to do. If you have a iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard and looking to possibly use the iPad as your only computer, this app helps you get a lot closer to that goal.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/musicsmart/id1512195368

Muiscsmart - Free app that automatically imports artists textual information for you, when you are listening to music on your iPad or iPhone, so you can get a little more insight into a song or group.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/usage-system-activity-info/id970353453

Usage - Free app that does an excellent job of allowing you to see in real time, what your current battery, storage, cpu, data usage is on the iPad or iPhone. Highly recommend to the tech nerds around here.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/otp-auth/id659877384

OTP Auth - Free app that provides a one time password for the 2FA process. In my opinion, this app puts Authy, Microsoft, Google and others to shame with its ability and layout, not to mention its privacy.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/epic-privacy-browser-w-vpn/id1502032811

Epic Browser - Free privacy focused browser to help keep you safe on the web. It is very fast and has the kind of options that Safari should come standard with.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/due-reminders-timers/id390017969

Due - Paid reminders and alarms app that makes sure you don‘t forget any important tasks by audibly alerting you until you acknowledge the reminder. This is one of the areas the stock reminders app is lacking.

Very nice list! I hadn't tried Usage before, so downloaded it. Pretty fun, and it's the first app I've used with an option to change its icon color.
