iPad as hotspot/tethering device with OS5?

I was just wondering if there will be (or is) a way to use my iPad as a hotspot/tethering device for my iPod touch (or other devices) by being able to use the 3G data on my iPad (I have the AT&T 1st gen) but on my iPod.
