iPad audio/video sync problem

I have been downloading movies then converting them to iPad format with MacX Video Converter Pro.

I had no problems up until a few days ago when I started experiencing audio/video sync problems. These were bad sync problems like a second or 2 off where they should be.

Does anyone have any idea why or experienced the same thing?
