Hi Apple comunity.

This is a FYI of my personal problem.

I have an Ipad, a morning decided to charge it with a "OEM" china 6 ft cable and wont reach the charge after 8%, I went crazy.... start to troubleshoot and found out that thre china 6ft cable, maybe don't have the same pins, same cable specifications causing a weak current, I tried with a original cable short version and wala! is getting warm and charging as normal.

Take care...

Generally, powered USB only works at less than 2 meters. So a top of the line 6 foot cable is hitting the edge, and cheap china ones, not so much :D
Good to know from testing.
