iPad Billing Info

Hey guys,

I just realized that I used the wrong credit card when buying my new iPad. Do any of you guys know if I can call them up to change what credit card I have bought it on? The online system will not let me.

I know the lines are really busy right now so there's no chance I can get through now. I don't want to have to cancel and reorder later, especially since it will likely mean that I will not get it on launch day. Does anyone have any experience with this?

yeah i tried calling but couldn't get through. I just cancelled them and reordered them separately. Hopefully they don't think i bought 4 now and cancel all of my ipads.

Your order will be good if the credit card allowed it to go through. Changing to another card would take re-autorization and you will need to call them in a few days when it cools down.

You could also cancel the order and do another with the correct card.
