iPad iPad bluetooth not working properly

Just recently my iPad bluetooth does not work to connect to my MacBook Pro or my phone (for tethering). My phone can bluetooth tether my MBP easily. I am jailbroken with iOS 5.1.1. It keeps giving an error message saying these things are unsupported, connection unsuccessful and it gives me an option to forget the device. However, it works fine with my Apple Wireless Keyboard. Does anyone know what went wrong? Thanks!

EDIT: fixed it. Booted up with volume key pressed up, then rebooted again. Now it works.
