iPad bookmarks not syncing with iCloud

Due to some odd reason my iPad won't sync the safari bookmarks with iCloud..

Have Safari in my pc along with iCloud and my iPhone have no problem getting the bookmarks from iCloud.

Anything I have missed on the iPad?
And I can't create new bookmarks on the iPad either in Safari. When I try and save a bookmark, nothing happens. :confused:
