Ipad camera connection kit

Does anybody know if it is possible to use the camera connection kit for ipad to upload photos to the iPhone.

Apparently no. But I have caught wind that apparently the Jailbreak community is working on a fix that will allow this to work. Aside from that, I haven't heard anything else about release dates, or whats going to work or not work, just the idea that it 'could be' released in the future.

Im hoping for it.
