iPad: Camera indicator shown, but no app active

Hi,

yesterday I noticed a strange behavior on my iPad with iPadOS 14.3. Right after unlocking it, on the top of the screen the green dot, that indicates an active camera, was shown, but at this time no app was started.

Has anybody had this before, is this a known bug or might I have catched some maleware?
