Hi all.

There is some really great stuff on here! I have spent some time on these forums trying to find something, anything regarding my perfect case. Unfortunately, I have had zero luck!

What I am looking for is a iPad case that also gives me some note taking (I am talking old school note taking) functionality. I realize there is an app (or 100) for note taking, but I have not found it efficient to take notes on my iPad. I still like that pen & paper vibe.

Is there a single case, or something, that gives me freedom and flexibility to take notes and carry my iPad?

I'm in the market for the same thing as you.

The best thing I've come up with so far is this:

Unfortunately, that is a lot bulkier than I would want.

I'm looking for something that has the iPad on one side, a small note pad on the other with a pen holder and a business card holder. Ideally the case could be used as a stand, there would be a folder pocket, a hand slit for holding it with one hand, and for the case to be leather. I'm probably being too picky here, but that would be my ideal case.

Another one from the same company, called the Executive.

You could fit a small notepad of some kind in any three of those pockets - and a pen will fit in the spine. The only thing that makes this one a deal breaker for me is it doesn't pop up to a friendly typing level in landscape. Tis a shame, I really like this one.
