Greetings!

Am I doing this wrong? Is there a setting that is turned off by default that I need to turn back on?

Scenario:

iPad restarts or comes back on from being locked, I am greeted with the screen to enter my passcode. In iOS 10, I would be able to adjust screen brightness, volume, etc from the Control Center by scrolling up from the bottom. This does not happen anymore. Is anyone else seeing the same behavior?

Do you have "show control center on lock screen" turn off?

Or if not, try toggling it off then back on.
