IPAD Contact transfer problem

Hi.. I just bought the new IPAD...
Howeever in my mac i have all my email addresses in outlook.
And i want to sync with my ipad so its easier for me as i use my ipad mailnly for mails.... any way i can transfer contacts from outlook to ipad directly thanks

Have you installed iTunes? iTunes will sync with Outlook.

Hi... yes i have itunes... however when i go to sync contacts it does not show outlook there.....
