iPad crashing frequently

Sometimes Safari and even Settings crash, and become un launchable.
Sometimes Springboard goes haywire.
Sometimes I unlock it and it crashes to black screen with swirly wait... But never comes out till I hold power and home for a few seconds.

It will often work fine for entire days at a time. And then randomly blow up, swipe to unlock read and email and then boom.

Attached below, does this seem like an unusual long list in diagnostic?

It was restored from iCloud backup just 2-3 weeks ago, app store download went haywire. Left a faded ghost like app that was 'installed' but not, and not removable. Rebooted iPad thinking might fix, but it didn't boot back up, demanded iTunes. ITunes wanted to restore, App Store had somehow corrupted OS.

I figure I have two options, which do you think?
1. Genius bar visit.
2. Restore, start as new, lose some progress in games that don't iCloud sync like, original Infinity Blade and a few others

Its prolly do to iPad 1's low RAM + issues with iOS 5 causing this.

in regard to Genius, line of thinking was could this amount of error might be memory IC failure type behavior, thus RMA.

IPad 2, and it ran iOS 5 like a champ from Oct to beginning of Dec.

Its prolly do to iPad 1's low RAM + issues with iOS 5 causing this.

I've had the original iPad since week one and I don't have RAM memory problems.

Yes, because the millions of iPad 1s's with iOS5 are crashing all the time.

I never said that.

I said its probably the reason because the iPad 1 has low RAM to start off with plus some people have problems with iOS 5.
