iPad data plan for iPhone?

Has anyone here tried using a micro-SIM from an iPad 3G with an iPhone? I'd like to get rid of the voice plan on my iPhone and it looks like maybe this could work for me.

I'm just wondering if anyone has tried this and gotten in trouble or seen any strange behavior…

Still looking if anyone knows the answer to this. Especially now with the iPhone 4's micro-SIM, I really want to know if this works.
