iPad Dock Skins

Any one know what files to modify for the dock? I know the dock is in System->Library->CoreServices->SpringBoard.app->(numerous dock png's)

As the .png's open blank in preview and Photoshop, I can not see what each file is in order to modify the png. Any one know? Thanks! :)
