I just got home with my Ipad and used my Nokia E71 with Joikuspot in order to successfully tether my 3g to my ipad. I do have an Iphone but it is not jailbroken yet. Their is no reason to buy the 3G Ipad now! Now if only I can connect my phone with my bluetooth to tether.

Thats cool. I don't know much about the E71. Is that a bluetooth connection? Does it grant you net access? I'd be much happier tethering to my existing phone then shelling out for the 3g.

Still gonna get iPad 3G+Wifi cause I'm about to go on a trip summer time and heck no I'm going to bring my iPhone with me and add international phone and data plan on my iPhone. While I can just add it on the iPad's plan only for Internet

I love JoikuSpot on my N900.

I also have NetShare for my iPhone; looks like that's going to be put to use now. :D

Can you post how one would set up netshare!

Also this appears not willing to allow Bluetooth tethering to iPhone previous version with tethering enabled. It does not seem to recognize iPhones Bluetooth signal.

If anyone else is having success please post right away!
