Hey - I've read about the other errors with the App Store login, but this one is pretty interesting.
Recently bought an iPad 4 wi-fi/Cellular from the refurb store. After returning the original to the Apple Store when I got it out of the box (the touchscreen didn't work) they set me up with a new one, no questions asked. Tech updated the software to 7.0.4 in the store and I was on my way. Super easy process. When I got home and tried to restore from backup (also tried to set up as new user), I got this error message... Can't create apple ID invalid device while creating mme delegate account. After several calls and callbacks from the Apple Care team, even sent me to a senior advisor, there has been no resolution. After several attempts to login into both the app & iTunes and iCloud sections under the general tab, we got this error message... Device Not Supported The operation couldn't be completed. (com.apple.appleaccount error 403). The senior rep just left it like this... someone will call you back soon. maybe tmrw probably 2 or 3 days. My response... So, am I just supposed to sit here with a broken iPad. His reply, "we will call you back soon"... This is crazy... I just want an iPad that works! Any suggestions?? The iPad works, just can't connect to the App Store!
