Ipad floor stand

We want to use an Ipad to take surveys from our customers.
There are many good applications for that.
But we are looking for a nice floor stand. The most important requirement is that it covers the menu-button, so that they can't quit the application.

I've seen this type of stand once but can't seem to find it.

Please help me!

Maclocks has several types of security enclosures here that you could combine with their floor stand.

Then there is the iStand but don't know if it's available in the US.

There are also a couple of solutions here.

and some elegant solutions by Monitors in Motion.

There are others out there all available with a little help from your nearest google
