iPad iPad freezes after update

I just downloaded some updates in cydia, and now my iPad is randomly freezing, not responding to touch input, and waking from sleep very slow. I'm not exactly sure of everything I updated, but I know I updated:

Evasion 7.x untether
Substrate safe mode
Winterboard

If anyone knows what the problem is, I would appreciate the help. I'm running ios 7.0.3.

Have you tried rebooting it ?
Also, you really should update to iOS 7.0.6 and re-jailbreak it.

All the iOS versions older than 7.0.6 have a very dangerous SSL vulnerability

Yes, I have tried rebooting it. What else might fix it?

Update: (not funny) So I backed it up with iTunes, then erased it from the iPad with the Find my iPhone app. Now it will reboot to the lock screen, but if I touch it, the screen goes black and it shows the loading icon like it's turning off, and it never goes away until I hold down the home button and the power button to force it off. I was going to download a restore for it, update to iOS 7.0.6, then jailbreak it again, but I want to restore it from my backup that I have in my iTunes. What would be the best order to do this?
