iPad freezes while locked.. Help needed..

Hey guys,

Can you help me with this? When I lock my iPad 1,, it freezes after a couple of min (how long this takes changes from time to time). It just wont go on anymore untill I press home and power for 10 seconds.. ><

I've restored my iPad many, many times. And I've upgraded to 5.0.1, but nothing seems to fix this..

I don't know what to do anymore but it's driving me nuts. Please help me..


It's an iPad 1, iOS5.0.1, it is NOT jailbroken.
