Hi, just wondered if someone who has an iPad can check something for me please?

I use GCal extensively and particularly the tasks section.

The tasks don't replicate to the calendar when I sync using an iPhone and they don't appear if I view the website on the iPhone using Safari.

My question is, if you view google cal on safari iPad does the tasks section appear?

That's amazing, I didn't know that! Thanks!

Mine's a google apps account on my domain but I've worked it out.

Superb!

mail.domain.co.uk

Then from the the menu along the top choose More and then Tasks :)

Thanks for all the advice but is there any way to see the normal GCal view as I'd get on Safari on my iMac on an iPad/iPhone? I'm so used to using it now!

View gcalendar in mobile safari, then hit the desktop link on the bottom of the page.

Fantastic thanks!

I didn't have the desktop option on calendar but going into mail, choosing desktop then choosing calendar from the top menu bar worked.

I'm so chuffed!

Why not set up a google calendar as caldav (it's in the options for mail, for creating a new account). It syncs up as a calendar and syncing has no issues...

I have but unless I'm very much mistaken it doesn't sync tasks.

Go to google, login, then find it under the more option.

this is what I have under more in Google Apps...no option for taks (pic below)
