In our church, the songs we sing, are projected on a large screen.

I noticed that they use the iPad to control the program and change the lyrics on the screen!

The program is called LightHouse ( http://is.gd/light_house ) and unfortunately only runs on Windows.
The iPad is used as the remote control for the program.

Also the pastor uses an iPad.

Do they use iPads in your church? And for what?

This has been covered in a Thread before, but it has been a while so it wouldn't hurt to cover it again.

Some people don't think that iPads belong in church for all sorts of reasons. I'm not one of them.

I occasionally preach and I use my iPad to prepare and sometimes to preach from.

When serving as Lay Assistant I use my iPad to read the prayers from, I can make last minute changes as needed.

I also use it in Sunday School class for looking up various scriptures as needed.

Our church has recently been re-wired and has a new wifi system that makes such technology possible.

Lastly, I have about 5 Bible apps on my iPad, how many do you have? :D
