iPad icons

I jailbroke my iPad a few days ago and I began to "Suave" it. Winterboard wasn't working for me so I went in and manually replaced all the icons. Here's the bad news: I didn't back up the originals. If i restore, will the original icons be there or will the Suave icons be there?
