iPad in case/skin - potential overheat risk?

Since Apple can't sell me their case for another few weeks, I just bought a cheap TPU skin for ipad. Since it's covering the back of ipad which is supposed to ventilate the heat generated, could it be possibly cause overheating? Anyone using TPU skins?

The only time you should really notice any heat on the iPad is when charging or playing a graphics intensive game for a long time.
