All iPads iPad in iTunes - apps list is not generating?

My apps list is blank (the one that's right next to the window that shows you all your pages so you can arrange them through itunes).
But file sharing is showing apps

iPad mini retina here 16gb

That is bizarre! I couldn't reproduce it on my Mac. I assume you're logged in as an administrator and that you don't have parental controls enabled. Maybe just reinstall iTunes? Good luck!
