I have to assume it breaks the jailbreak so clearly I wont be upgrading
 
i wish i saw this post before i upgraded it to 3.2.2.
is there anyway that i can downgrade? so i can jb using jailbreakme?

Did you save your SHSH? (if you are saying "SHSH? What's that?" then sorry, you have to wait for the next jailbreak.)

Cydia automatically does it for you now. I never had to go in and do anything but it says right in Cydia what SHSH's it has saved for your device.

Great! Interesting as I suggested Saurik do this a few weeks ago but so many jumped on me claiming "it's a violation of privacy! I wouldn't want that, who would?!" - this from the jailbreaking crowd. :eek:

I think you still have to press the "make my life easier" button. Once you do that, it's automatic for that device - cydia saves SHSH for all subsequent firmware, even if you don't jailbreak on that firmware.
