iPad iPad + iOS 7.1 = wifi problems?

Ever since updating to iOS 7.1, I have no Wifi after waking up the iPad. It has wifi if I enable and disable airplane mode.

This is not a router issue because I have an AirPort Extreme and my retina MacBook Pro and iPhone 5S don't have wifi issues.

I did a restart and reset network, didn't solved the issue.
