iPad + iOS8 facetime back camera problem

Hi,

After upgrading to iOS8, I have a problem with facetim. When I call somewhere, it's ok until I want to switch to back camera. When I do that, the picture freeze almost immediately and shows poor connection (even there is a good connection). I have to switch to front camera (which takes a bit long).
Have you encounter this problem? In iOS7 it worked with no problem.

Any idea?
