Recently bought 2 ipad2 when setting them up and trying to buy apps I received this message " Please contact itunes support to complete transaction" Now I'm getting that message when I try to purchase on my PC but surprisingly can still purchase through my iPhone. Has anyone had this problem or know what it means?? And yes I contacted itunes no real response saying they are investigating it no response since then and didnt tell me what the problem could be it really sucks not to be able to put any apps on a new device I might as well of just skipped opening lines.
