iPad iPad jailbreak and bluetooth keyboard?

I've recently bought a keyboard for my ipad, its great for typing on etc but I find it annoying that I cant use it to navigate around springboard/open apps and to scroll up and down within apps/safari.
Does anyone know of any cydia tweaks that allow for me to do this if I were to jailbreak. I've never actually jailbroken my iPad as I never felt the need as I do for my phone, but if it can make the keyboard more functional then I think i will.

does anyone know if this is working with iOS 7 or iPad Air?

I recently got a ZaggKeys Folio and would really love to add a little functionality. holding off on the JB till i know I can get it working.

Really just want to be able to use the keyboard to "Send" in Messages/Facebook/Hangouts
