Guys, the most positive thing in that screenshot from GeoHot is the fact that he has got the zillow.com app loaded on to his iPad.
Why would a guy his age be looking to buy his own home, if not for the simple fact that he is moving in together with his wife to be. House+wife=kids.

The beta iPhone 4.0 firmware has supposedly already been jailbroken. According to sources the hack was developed within hours of the firmware's release, and the keys have already been made public. The process was successfully completed on an iPhone 3GS. A brief demonstration video has been posted on YouTube link below.
