iPad keyboard dock - no hashtag?

Ok so maybe I'm being think but I just can't find the hashtag on this keyboard!

Tried shift etc - doesn't work! Annoying as I need to tweet for work and have to keep bringing up the onscreen keyboard to find it!

Sure one of you guys will have the answer!
