Is it possible to run a presentation over USB?

I have a projector at my college that has a USB connection, just haven't had the chance to try it out.

The USB connection on the Projector is Video Input source??? doubt it

It is possibly to attached an storage device where the presentation would be and display it, like a USB thumb drive.

I dont think it will work as a video output, it may work on Diskmode with the presentation on it, but I doubt that formats like keynote are supported by the projector
