iPad magic keyboard shipping

I ordered the new iPad 12.9 & the magic keyboard for it Office Depot Business. The iPad is being delivered Monday, April 6 and the sales rep said the keyboard is being shipped on April 6. I double checked with him and asked if he meant May 6, he replied it was indeed April 6. Would they really be shipping the magic keyboard Monday?

Of course not. Apple themselves aren't even selling it yet. It's not available at all. Are you sure they aren't giving you the Smart Keyboard folio?

Well, I'd be jealous if it came early. But I doubt it. Also did you get a discount on the 12.9" Magic Keyboard already? I thought it was $349 without tax.

Regardless. I doubt they have it ready to ship. Don't get your hopes up.

I guess the discount is because it’s a business account. I agree with you, I don’t think they have them ready for shipment. His warehouse gave him bad info I’m thinking.

This thread seems as good a place as any (given the title) to ask if there’s any way to be notified when the Magic Keyboard is available to order from Apple?

As for this thread, of course the keyboard was never going to ship yet
