Any of today's announcements concerning Icloud etc affect how much memory to purchase with your Ipad? I hope someone will answer that Icloud is your memory so no need to purchase more!

iCloud has nothing to do with the amount of memory a.k.a. storage you buy with your iPad. There are 3 iPad choices besides color, 16/32/64 GB. Each iCloud account account is allowed 5GB of iCloud storage for photos, documents, music etc. Consider iCloud your 5GB storage locker. :)

If you are considering an iPad 3rd Gen, you'll need to figure out what you plan to do with it. Are you going to be storing movies, music, games, documents, spreadsheets?

iCloud also allows you to sync your iPad with other iDevices or your Mac too.
