iPad mini iPad mini 1 - swap for iPad 3,4?

I have had an iPad Mini which I ordered at the onset when they were released last year. It is my constant companion and I am beyond satisfied with this unit.
But, in two days I will be receiving an iPad mini retina.
I spent $539 to buy this unit and the resale value is somewhere around 250. Is the 16 gig Wi-Fi plus LTE black unit.

How to or what is the best way to trade it for someone's ipad 3 or 4 wifi only version?

I've had luck with CL. Just last night another lady and I swapped pads from an ad she had posted. I wanted a mini, she wanted a full size. Both of ours were in great shape so we swapped. I also got a smart cover and bluetooth keyboard case in the deal for the Mini. Everyone was happy. Lots of people looking and selling on CL.

Thanks for the reply, I'm in eBay user but I've never used Craigslist I will certainly give it a try. Do they have a section for swapping? Since you can't swap on eBay, I've got that question how would you list on craigslist if you wanted to swap?

Oh man I can't remember if there is just a swapping area. I go to the for sale when searching and people just say in title if they are looking for trade. Good luck!

Thank you for your advice. After posting on CL, I was contacted and did an even swap for The new iPad, 16gb, ATT in perfect condition.
