So I downloaded cloakey in cydia to track my memory bc my ipad has been running slow...it usually sits around 50mb maybe get close to 100 if I close everything. On my iPhone 5s (I know has much more ram) I get around 250mb. I have a lot less tweaks on my phone but was wondering if that's normal for a first gen ipad mini or if it's possibly a bad app/tweak? Thanks

Try a hard reset. Hold home and power button until apple logo shows up. That clears the ram. I do that every once in a while when I was JB.
