First Ipad mini was a budget tablet, last years tech underneath.
This year it's the same as the full size Ipad, not just a retina display with A6 which was what they could have done and lowered the price..but a Ipad Air in a smaller case.
Yesterday was the day Ipad mini wasn't about budget tablets but about choice of size. Next year will be interesting to see if Iphone "C" gets a better spec to match the main Iphone as some might fancy a plastic case like the 3GS.
People are not seeing what an achievement Apple has made putting the Mini in line with the flagship tablet.
