iPad mini iPad mini 2 after iOS 8.1.3 no sound from keyboard clicks

Hi,

After 8.1.3 there is no sound from my keyboard on my iPad mini 2. Is it just me or are other iPad mini 2 uses experiencing this problem?
 
I'm assuming you already checked your settings.

Settings > Sounds > Keyboard Clicks
