iPad mini Ipad Mini 3 - Page Faults

Hello

My Ipad Mini 3 is getting sluggish. Looking at System Status I am seeing 100's to 1000's of page faults per minute on an idle unit. The unit does not have WI-FI or BlueTooth running, and has only the Status app running. Currently there is about 30% free space in the file system.

The OS and Apps are all up to date

What should I do, or where should I look for a fix on this problem?
