iPad mini (3G version) - yay or nay

Whilst nobody - outside Apple or the supply chain - knows for sure. Do folk think that the iPad mini will have a 3G radio (like the iPad) or be wifi only (like the Nexus 7 or ipod touch).

I know that nobody can tell me for sure ... but what do people think ? Would you pay an extra $70-$100 for a 3G version ?

I'm thinking it will not although one rumor said it would have 3G. The ipad mini case images do not show a plastic area on top for a 3G antenna which would indicate it is WIFI only. Also to lower the price it probably would not have 3G.
I am hoping it still will have GPS though like the Nexus 7. Magic 8Ball says ask again later

I don't think that it will have 3G. It would be too expensive.

I am still not believing that the "mini" will come to fruition this year, but if it did, I believe they would offer both options at different prices.

Based on the most reliable reports, it should be close to eight inches diagonally, offer a plain (non-Retina) display, and be priced in the $250 range (to compete with Google's Nexus 7). Circle Sept 12th on your calendars boys and girls.
